OPERATION
1. Before cutting, lightly oil the cutting
line with cutting oil; do not use any
flammable materials
2. Hold the tool at a forward-tilting angle of
80° to 90° to the workpiece; do not tilt
the tool side to side.
3. Turn the tool on. Your tool should be
running at full speed before starting
the cut.
4. Guide the tool evenly with light
feed pressure in the direction cut.
Excessive feed pressure will reduce
the performance considerably, shorten
the life of the cutters and can cause
damage the tool.
5. When cutting curves, work with a light
feed pressure and do not tilt the tool
laterally.
6. Turn off the tool only after completing
the cut.
Sharp cutters produce good cutting results
and protects the tool.
WARNING:
Do not load the tool so
heavily that it stalls.
CAUTION:
When placing the
battery pack in the tool, be sure that the
raised rib on battery pack aligns with
the groove on the metal shear and the
latches snap into place properly. Improper
assembly of the battery pack can cause
damage to internal components.
